HAPPY 'NIU' YEAR TO ALL!
Popo's place first, as usual :) This year round, my family went over earlier to help popo out; because despite the weak health since her dengue fever, stubborn popo insisted on cooking longevity noodles for everyone so to not break the norm.
Aunts, uncles, cousins, kids, a lot a lot relatives came (but all not in the pictures). Lol.
After a hearty lunch, Zijie's family and our family headed to Guma's place.

When four crappy cousins come together, lame ideas never fail to sprout out from nowhere. Our inspiration derived from the love letters this time, and we grabbed a stick each to the staircase outside..
..to smoke our lungs away. Lol!

He even professionally put on tattoos for Peimin and I! Haha I can't stand my own facial expressions seriously - like heavily addicted.

Alright, one proper photo of the ladies before we proceeded to another uncle's house with cousin Peimin's family.
We stayed till evening time and that's when we caught the legendary solar eclipse!
Jiujiu was well prepared beforehand. He brought along strips of traditional photographic films for us to place on our eyes to look through at the sun. I guess the solar glasses at Science Centre work similar, except that ours is FREE! Muahahaha.
The eclipse was astounding! I never knew I could experience this with my very own eyes! Darn cool :)

Family and I went home for a 15 minutes 'pit stop', then set off again to aunt's place.

Baby joined us there at night after completing his side of visitations, and he followed us back home thereafter. Initial plan was a movie double date with cousin Peimin and Jayen, but she got ill :( Awww, CNY is a easy and bad time to fall sick, because of all the new yeargoodies junkies. Recover soon babe!
