It’s a Too Late watch. I like how unique it is, but the quality not very worth $60 lei. Too bad, TOO LATE!

Hangry (hungry + angry) in the morning because haven’t eat breakfast!

We waited patiently for KFC to open at supposedly 9am, but they only did so at 9.20am, only to find out that there was no breakfast menu D:

Headed over to their rival instead. Familiar stuff.

Thailand is like the amazing Fino land, and everywhere I go I see Finos (my bike model), so I dragged all four girls with me to Saphan Kwai to hunt for Fino accessories.

I only ended up with an exhaust cover which almost caused me an accident last Saturday because the screw came loose. Looks like I have to pay five times the price in Singapore to get it properly fixed.

Check out the first sign bahahahah! No banging in the taxi. This was one of the most epic moments during our trip: were were all taking photos of this cab from our cab while waiting for the traffic light to turn green, AND THEN the ang mors inside thought we were trying to get their pics so they waved and posed for us. The final straw was when one of them whipped out his camera and started shooting us too! *Facepalm. They must be thinking, “Mmmmm, fan girls :D”

After one day of rain, we dirtied our legs while walking back to the hotel through lup sup water, so Hueyyen went to wash her legs and slipper in the bathtub.

I joined her.

This reminded me again why I never really fancied the idea of soaking myself in hotel bathtubs.

Broke us having cup noodles for dinner.

We also ordered in two dishes from room service to 加料. Quite yummy actually!

Checking out the very next day, so all of us were busy squeezing and packing our beloved buys into the luggage.

My buys on third day. I packed for ten minutes gao dim already, and laid on the bed to watch videos.

Our last night itinerary was supposed to consist of Supperclub / massage, but everyone was too broke to do so. We’d rather spend that money for another bag or two. Lol pathetic.

50 Baht tuktuk ride to Jatujak, but we took one big round getting “tok” at the gem store before successfully reaching there, and so.. that was the last of the scam transportation. Heard so much stories but we still fell for it -.- I think I secretly wanted to sit on a tuktuk la.

I think this was the designers’ street in Jatujak that my friends were telling me about last night. They said I kena “tok” (again). No wonder the stuffs I bought there all so expensive one.

But I like the looks of the shops lei..

..and how they have benches everywhere.

Perfect to enjoy a cuppa good ol’ iced coffee.

Found my evil twin there – Mr. Porky. Hahaha he’s a famous mascot of the leading local porky delicacies in Bangkok okay. Mai siao siao.

All of us each had a whole claypot of shark’s fin soup to ourselves at only 300 Baht (12 SGD)! And it was 真材实料, not shreds of fins-mixed-with-crabmeat lor!

A four-hour flight and twenty-minute train ride later, we arrived at Bangkok.

Checked in Baiyoke Sky (the taller building) and it was excellent.

They upgraded us to adjacent rooms on the Lady’s Floor, which means added security!

I thought Baiyoke Sky upgraded their rooms cos’ they looked newer compared to the last time I came here three years ago, but actually I got mixed up la. It was Baiyoke Suite back then.

Spent the entire day in Jatujak and if not for our growling stomachs, we would have continued shopping.

MY IPHONE 4 WHITE! *Swoons.

I know I sibeh laggggggggggg, but whatever la! Very happy now can! I can NOT feel left out among my iPhonerfriends anymore yayyy! \o/

Test shots.

I love the sharpness of the lens and the details that it can capture, but I’m not very happy with its performance in low light. My other prime lens perform damn well in low light, but less in the details, focusing speed and distance. I only intend to keep one out of the two, but I can’t decide which leiii…..

I’m using this new lens primarily for my food photography though. (View photos here.)
